1. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments are available by booking only. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

2. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to avoid impacting the next client. Full session fees still apply.

3. Health Conditions
Before your first session, you’ll be asked to complete a short health questionnaire. It’s important to inform Nicky of any medical conditions, recent surgeries, or if you are pregnant. Reflexology is a complementary therapy and is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.

4. Hygiene & Safety
For everyone’s safety, clients are asked to arrive with clean feet/hands. Nicky follows high standards of hygiene and reserves the right to refuse treatment if a client presents with contagious conditions or open wounds.

5. Payment
Payment is due at the time of your appointment unless otherwise agreed in advance. Accepted methods may include cash, bank transfe.

6. Right to Refuse Treatment
Nicky reserves the right to decline treatment at her professional discretion, including situations where it may not be safe or appropriate to proceed.

7. Privacy
All client information is treated as strictly confidential and in line with GDPR guidelines. Your details will never be shared without your consent.
