Welcome to Step Into Bliss Reflexology! I am Nicky and I am a fully insured, Level 3 accredited Reflexologist and member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists, living in Martlesham, Suffolk.

I have always had a passion for natural health and therapies, I feel the body is amazing at helping to heal itself, given the right conditions and support.

My journey into this fascinating therapy, started over 20 years ago, when I had the first of many Reflexology treatments. I truly believe it helped my physical and emotional balances in this period of my life.

I fell in love with Reflexology so much, that I pursued a change of career. Before I undertook this change, I found out I was expecting my first child! the perfect surprise after being told I would need fertility treatment! I really do feel having regular treatments, restored balance to my system. Fast forward to 2022, and I enrolled on another Reflexology course, qualifying with a distinction!

So here I am, pursuing my dream career! I have set up a warm and calming treatment room in my home, a safe space for you to completely unwind, leaving the outside world behind. My main aim is to make you feel comfortable and at ease so you can relax.
